This place is a complete joke! Zero support or customer service. Trying to call in and speak to a real life supervisor or manager will never happen. I've called every other month for a year straight with a complaint about Flsvorus Service. I never received a refund, they will not call back.

I had ordered some tickets to attend LIV night club in Miami on the 26 of August... I had cancelled my 4 tickets.. But it seem like I was still charged on my credit card..I did not attend and nothing was scanned so how did I get charged ? Thank you

This company sells fraudulent tickets promoted by fraudulent and weak promoters with bad business skills. They have zero business skills and one customer service rep (Mineli) who knows nothing and repeats one sentence over and over . Totally avoids the fact that she knows nothing. This company doesn't check for any legitimate show nor does it care! Never buy from here !

Short Review on May 23, 2016

I bought tickets for a concert that was over sold so after waiting for over two hours in line the firefightwrs did not let anyone else inside the venue because it was over capacity so I wrote an email to the claims department ans the responded that it was not a good reason and after reviewing my case they could not go around their no refund policy

This company might as well be a ponzi scheme. I purchased $500.00 in tickets for a NYE that was over sold and had reached capacity, hence my party was not allowed in. A refund was promised but not given after multiple correspondence with Flavorus. Buyer beware of this...
